What should I expect at the event?
We invite you out to meet us and get to know us a little bit. We are there to share information about our team, our respective companies, and learn a little about you.
Should I bring a resume or anything else?
While you are welcome to, we instead invite you to apply online and upload your resume electronically.
If I cannot make it to the event, will I still be considered?
Of course! You will simply miss the first of several opportunities to ask us questions face-to-face.
What can I expect to happen over the next couple of days and weeks?
If you haven’t already, please apply on our website. Over the course of the next week or two, we will continue to gain information. It usually takes us around 10 business days to start the hiring process. For Agile Defense, this process starts with a phone call from the recruiter that includes a verbal offer.
Do I need to interview?
Sometimes. Most of you have been “interviewing” for months and years in your current role so your leadership has a good idea of what your strengths and potential are. Often times we use this information instead of having a traditional interview.
